Cross-State Dual Carriage Highway Bridge & Interchange
Design-build construction of a 4-span prestressed concrete girder bridge (280m), cloverleaf interchange, and 18km of heavy-duty asphalt dual carriageway.
Project Overview & Context
Constructed to relieve severe commercial freight bottlenecks, this multi-span flyover required post-tensioned beam launching and automated pile load testing. Yiba Ventures deployed 2 automated asphalt batching plants producing 220 tons/hour to deliver high-modulus asphalt concrete.
The project included solar street lighting, concrete jersey barriers, and stormwater retention culverts.

Engineering Scope of Work & Execution Details
• 4-span prestressed concrete superstructures with post-tensioned tendons
• 32 cast-in-place bored piles (1500mm diameter) to bedrock
• 18km dual carriage road construction with polymer-modified bitumen
• Integrated culverts, drainage channels, and directional road signage
Delivered Outcomes & KPI Impact
Reduced interstate transit travel time by 55 minutes. Handed over with perfect structural deflection audit scores.
