Turnkey international procurement package covering 3,200 forged gate, globe, check, and cryogenic valves, plus 1,400 tons of high-yield alloy piping for turnaround shutdown.
Project Overview & Context
Commissioned under strict turnaround deadlines, Yiba Ventures sourced certified valves and fittings from Italian, German, and Japanese manufacturers. Our QA/QC team stationed inspectors at foreign fabrication facilities to verify metallurgical composition via Positive Material Identification (PMI).
Consignments were shipped via chartered air and express sea freight, clearing customs through our bonded logistics facility in Onne with zero demurrage.

Engineering Scope of Work & Execution Details
• Sourcing of API 6D cryogenic ball valves & high-pressure check valves
• ASTM A333 Grade 6 low-temperature carbon steel pipe supply
• 100% PMI and hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5x working pressure
• Delivery to plant staging areas within 18 weeks of purchase order
