Role Overview
Lead end-to-end execution of multi-million dollar EPC projects from contract award through procurement, site construction, pre-commissioning, and handover.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Ownership of project P&L, budget adherence, milestone schedules, and client interface.
• Manage multidisciplinary site teams (Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Subcontractors).
• Enforce strict Primavera P6 earned-value management (EVM) and risk registers.
• Champion Target Zero HSE compliance across fabrication yards and field sites.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; PMP certification required.
• 12+ years in EPC project management with at least 5 years managing major oil & gas or refinery contracts.
• Demonstrated track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
